1.1. This regulation defines the rules of using the Cassandra's Head online service, available at www.glowakasandry.pl.
1.2. The administrator of the service is LIGHTCRAFT VISIONS LLC, registered in the KRS under the number 0001085259, NIP 5214055722, REGON 527602604.
1.3. Using the service means accepting this regulation. The user is required to read the contents of the regulation before starting to use the service.
2.1. The service provides information about the film being made.
2.2. Users have the opportunity to enter into an investment contract, thanks to which they can invest in film production.
2.3. Users can contact the Film Creator directly via a contact form available on the website.
3.1. To invest in the film, the user must:
a) Provide their personal data, such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, and other necessary information.
b) Familiarize yourself with the content of the investment agreement available on the service's website and accept it.
c) Make a payment of financial means through the available payment operators.
3.2. The payment is made by transferring funds to the service's account through the payment operators indicated on the page.
3.3. The payment is synonymous with acceptance of the investment conditions specified in the investment agreement.
4.1. Payments are made through available payment operators: ZEN and Polish Payment Integrator (tpay).
4.2. All transactions are secure and carried out in accordance with the highest security standards.
4.3. The service does not store data regarding payment cards or other financial information of users.
5.1. Users can contact the Film Creator via a contact form available on the website.
5.2. The Film Creator undertakes to respond to user inquiries as soon as possible, but no longer than 14 business days.
6.1. The rules for processing users' personal data are set out in the investment agreement concluded between the user and the service.
6.2. The personal data administrator, i.e. LIGHTCRAFT VISIONS LLC, undertakes to comply with the regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
6.3. The user has the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it and limit its processing in accordance with the terms specified in the investment agreement.
7.1. The Regulation comes into force on May 20, 2024.
7.2. The service reserves the right to change the regulations. Any changes to the regulations will be communicated to users with appropriate advance notice, no less than 7 days before the changes come into force.
7.3. In matters not covered by this Regulation, Polish law shall apply.
7.4. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the service will be settled by competent common courts.
